My Life with Bios Life Complete, Heart Protection, Lower LDL and Triglycerides Cholesterol, Increase HDL simultaneously, Healthy Blood Sugar Level
Just went to the clinic to get my recent blood test report, came back with a mix feeling. On the good side my cholesterol is well controlled and what I wanted was the HDL to go up and IT DID however on the down side my uric acid was going upwards even after making changes to avoid eating red meats, beans, nut, etc. I met a nice lady doctor and she was very friends and helpful and provided tips on what I should be keeping an eye on and what to do. She was very professional and feed me with a lot of information I needed to know. After talking to her, I know what are the changes I need to make now before going for my next test some time next year.
I didn’t expect sardine fish would increase the uric acid. That was what she have told me. I can’t help it, I love eating fish. But anyway I can still eat other fishes as long as its not sardines And now I have to try to remove coffee from my diet but i’m a coffee lover since very young
I also learned one thing new from her today about Creatinine that can be found in the report. It is a way of reading our kidney performance. In the latest report it shows that the reading is on an upward trend comparing with my older report, which is not a very good sign however it is still within the safe range.
The report is based on me consuming Bios Life Complete. I did a test for 2 months to see how well it can help me even if I changed the quantity that has been advise to consume. From the report it shows that I am still getting really good results on my Cholesterol. For the past 2 months, I have only been taking Bios Life Complete 1 sachets a day or sometimes alternate days but just 1 sachet for the day. Whenever I know i’m gonna eat goreng ayam, french fries or anything fatty and oily I will surely drink 1 sachets prior to taking the food. That was the outcome.
Note: I fast 8 hours before going for the blood test
